Crew Ability: Pied Piper

This mod adds a henchmen ability named Pied Piper which allows players to move multiple hostages simultaneously.

Additionally, NPC teammates get 4 cable ties each: immediately after a player has used one of his own, a cable is taken from a bot and given to that player.

For balance reasons, it is not possible to move more hostages than a full crew can do:

• 1 player + 3 bots ⇒ player can move 4 hostages;
• 2 players + 2 bots ⇒ only 2;
• 3 or 4 players ⇒ only 1.
