Alphasort Mods

This mod sorts BLT mods lists alphabetically.

It affects the mod options menu:

Boxes of installed mods are sorted too, except that disabled mods are listed first:

Hosts' mods list in crimenet and mods installed in lobby players list receive the same treatment.
